Kids win PMC’s fort building competition

Pune: The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has arranged a program for creating and showcasing forts as part of its 29th Fort Making Competition.
The competition began on November 9 at 4:00 P.M. and will conclude on November 19.
Several fort models are on display in an effort to give kids a place to study forts, spark their curiosity, and highlight the skills of students enrolled in school. This year, the Diwali celebration has once again marked the occasion of this initiative.
As per further information, several young people took part in the competition to build forts. Experts in geography and history judged the forts that were constructed.
The competition on November 9 was won by the team of Tanush Lalwani, Avanesh Shinde, Rishabh Jain, Krisha Jain, Devasvi Bangale, Rivaan Sonigara, Tisha Shah, Aahana Ghatge, Gurkirat Singh, Yash Jagtap, Kriva Jayesh Jain, Rishabh Jayesh Jain. The fort competition winners received a payment of Rs 5001.
Suvarnadurg, Vijaydurg, Rajgad, Sinhagad, Shaniwarwada, Pratapgad, Shivneri, Lohagad, Torna, Anturgad, Sajjangad, Sindhudurg, Korigad, Malhargad, Janjira, Purandar, etc were among the forts represented and replicas in this competition. Everyone is welcome to view the exhibition, which is free of charge.
The 29th Killa Competition and Exhibition will be held from 9/11/2023 to 19/11/2023 at Sambhaji Raje Udyan, Jungli Maharaj Road, Shivajinagar, Pune –
In the exhibition, citizens will get to see various forts in Maharashtra to learn more about the forts, maps of the forts, slogans based on the forts and the environment, etc.
