Railway Mega Blocks and Schedule Changes: Doubling Work Impacting Sangli-Miraj and Daund-Manmad Sections

A traffic block is in effect on the Sangli-Miraj section of Pune Division for track doubling and various engineering and S&T works. Additionally, a traffic block is underway on the Daund-Manmad section of Solapur Division for doubling. Some vehicles will be affected.

The details are as follows :

Cancelled Trains:

1. Train No. 01023 Pune – Kolhapur Express special, scheduled to depart on 20.01.2024, will remain cancelled.

2. Train No. 12781 Mysore – Hazrat Nizamuddin Express, departing from Mysore on 19.01.2024, will remain cancelled.

Rescheduling of Departure Timings for Some Trains:

1. Train No. 12221 Pune-Howrah Duronto Express, departing from Pune on 20.01.2024, will now depart at 16.45 hrs, which is 01.30 hours later than its regular departure time of 15.15 hrs.

2. Train No. 22845 Pune – Hatia Express, departing from Pune on 21.01.2024, will now depart at 14.45 hrs, four hours later than its regular departure time of 10.45 hrs.

3. Train No. 11026 Pune- Amravati Express, departing from Pune on 21.01.2024, will now depart at 15.05 hrs, four hours later than its regular departure time of 11.05 hrs.

Regulation of Some Trains in the Section:

1. Train No. 12780 departing from Hazrat Nizamuddin on 20th January will be regulated for three hours in the Hazrat Nizamuddin – Vasco Goa Express section.

2. Train No. 22171 departing from Pune on 21st January will be regulated for one hour in the Pune – Rani Kamlapati Express section.

These mega blocks are necessary for doubling, infrastructure maintenance, and security. Passengers are requested to bear with the railway administration for any inconvenience.
