For the ghats, heavy to isolated very heavy rain is anticipated, prompting an Orange alert. This alert specifically applies to the ghat regions, urging residents and travelers to exercise caution.
Anupam Kashyapi, a senior meteorologist, emphasized the need for safety measures, especially in the ghat areas, where the rainfall could be significantly heavier.
