A woman was slapped by a retired IAS officer after a disagreement over bringing a dog into the lift at Parx Laureate Society in Sector-108, Noida.

The video shows the woman and the officer engaged in a heated argument, which escalates when the officer attempts to record the woman on his phone. The woman reacts by throwing the phone out of the lift, prompting the officer to slap her. The altercation continues as both parties exit the lift and exchange blows.

Prior to the altercation between the two individuals, a video that was widely circulated depicted the officer requesting the woman in the elevator, who was accompanied by her dog, to restrain the dog. However, she declined to comply with this request, and this incident was captured on a witness’ mobile device. The officer further stated that there was a pregnant woman also in need of using the elevator, yet the woman persisted in disregarding his instructions.
