Sai Dreams Society Inaugurates 76KW Solar Panel Project in Pimple Saudagar, Aiming for ₹18 Lakh Annual Savings
Pimple Saudagar, March 15, 2025 – Sai Dreams Cooperative Housing Society has taken a major step toward sustainability with the inauguration of Phase 1 of its Solar Plant Project today. The event, held at the E Wing terrace, was graced by Honourable Shri Vitthal (Nana) Kate as the chief guest.
A Green Energy Milestone
In the first phase, the society has successfully installed two solar power systems—12KW and 15KW—totaling 27KW. The project is executed in collaboration with Trishala Electricals (Shivtej Ubale) and features high-efficiency Adani solar panels.
Once fully completed with an additional 49KW installation, the total solar capacity of the society will reach 76KW. This initiative is expected to generate annual savings of ₹18 lakh, significantly reducing the society’s reliance on conventional electricity.

Chairman Sandesh Ghate expressed enthusiasm for the project, emphasizing its role in making the society more energy-independent. Secretary Dr. Ruchir Pandya and the managing committee highlighted the long-term environmental and financial benefits of solar energy.
Residents celebrated this achievement with an inauguration ceremony, followed by refreshments. The society now looks forward to completing Phase 2, further reinforcing its commitment to green energy and sustainable living.
