Actor Saif Ali Khan has caused a stir on social media with his latest appearance sporting a new tattoo, replacing the one dedicated to his wife, Kareena Kapoor Khan. The photos of his altered ink are now circulating widely online.
Saif Ali Khan was recently photographed at Mumbai airport on May 13, dressed in a plain blue t-shirt and jeans. However, what grabbed everyone’s attention was the absence of Kareena’s name, which was previously tattooed on his left arm. In its place now is a tattoo of a trishul, serving as a cover-up for the former ink dedicated to Kareena.
The actor has yet to offer any explanation regarding the change in his tattoo.
Back in 2008, Saif Ali Khan had gotten the tattoo with Kareena’s name as a symbol of his commitment to their relationship. At the time, he had expressed, “I wanted to say, ‘Look, this is what I have done and it’s a pretty serious commitment. I can wave it in your face every time you say ‘Casanova’! I’ll say, ‘But I haven’t done that before’.”
Saif and Kareena tied the knot in 2012 and are now proud parents to Taimur and Jeh.
