– 2 ripe mangoes

– 1 liter milk

– 150 grams makhana (fox nuts)

– ½ cup ghee

– ½ cup assorted nuts

– ½ cup raisins

– 7 saffron strands

– ½ tsp cardamom powder

– ½ cup sugar

Instructions:

1. Prepare Mangoes: Wash and peel the mangoes. Chop them into small pieces and blend them with sugar to create a smooth, lump-free paste.

2. Roast Ingredients: In a pan, heat ghee and roast the makhana until golden. Grind the roasted makhana into a fine powder. In the same ghee, roast the assorted nuts, then crush and set them aside.

3. Cook Milk Mixture: In a separate pan, bring the milk to a boil and simmer, stirring occasionally until it thickens slightly. Add milk powder, makhana powder, cardamom powder, and saffron strands to the milk. Turn off the heat.

4. Combine Ingredients: Mix the mango paste and crushed nuts into the thickened milk mixture. Heat again to evaporate excess moisture.
