Pune: Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC)’s Helpline Sarathi Portal has separate access for society owners. This facility has been provided by the Municipal Corporation to solve various problems of the societies in the city and to raise the grievances of the society owners. For this, the demands of the Chikhli-Moshi-Charholi-Pimpri-Chinchwad-Housing Society Federation were presented continuously. At the administrative level, MLA Mahesh Landge pursued this. Finally, he has succeeded.

Sanjeevan Sangale, President of Chikhali-Moshi-Charholi Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation said, “The Municipal Corporation must take notice of the problems of society holders and solve them. For that, it was demanded on behalf of the federation that it is necessary to provide the facility to complain in the Sarathi. He was not getting a positive response.

Complaints were raised to MLA Mahesh Landge in this regard. He held a meeting with the society holders. Followed up with the Municipal Corporation. The commissioner was instructed and demanded to give a separate access. Accordingly, the facility has been provided.”

As per further information from Sangale, society holders in the city are troubled by many questions. In this, until sufficient water is not available from the Municipal Corporation, water supply should be provided to the societies through the developers. While writing the guarantee, it was mentioned that water would be supplied. Violators should be prosecuted. The building should be constructed as per the approved plan. The society holders are constantly presenting many problems to the municipal administration, including the need to obtain the permission of the members while making changes. However, their demands were not getting positive responses from the administration.

Given the growing problems of housing societies in the city, MLA Mahesh Landge was given detailed information about their demands by the society federation. MLA Landge had recently met PCMC Commissioner Shekhar Singh at Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Corporation and demanded that he provide a separate facility in the Sarathi system to solve the problem. Accordingly, Commissioner Shekhar Singh has offered independent access to the societies in the Sarathi system. Through this, the society owners will be able to directly file the problems they face in the Sarathi system. It will be resolved by senior officials.

The society owners had to go to the Pimpri-Chinchwad Municipal Administration with constant application statements for their demands. As a result, a lot of time was wasted. As with other grievances, citizens have been relieved of this trouble by providing separate facilities for society’s problems in Sarathi. After complaining, the question will be forwarded directly to the municipal administration. As a result, society owners are expressing satisfaction as their problems will be resolved.
