Social media platform X down for users globally

Dec 21 – Social media platform X and X Pro suffered outages globally early Thursday, according to Downdetector.com.

Microblogging site X (formerly known as Twitter) hit a technical snag around 11 am on Thursday morning. Both the website and the mobile application showed ‘Welcome to your timeline’ instead of the regular tweets on the feed. It seems the platform faced a massive outage and was inaccessible for users.

Users on X, formerly known as Twitter, were unable to view posts on the social media site with a message that said “Welcome to X!”

Users encountered loading issues on X Pro, formerly TweetDeck, with a message that said “Waiting for posts.”
