SPPU Calls For Proposals To Launch New Courses and Research Centres for 2026-27
Pune, September 4, 2025: The Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has invited affiliated colleges, institutes, and research organisations to submit proposals for starting new courses or establishing research centres for the academic year 2026–2027.
According to the circular issued by the university on Wednesday, September 30, 2025, has been set as the final date to submit proposals.
The proposals must be submitted online at www.unipune.ac.in with the necessary institutional seals, signatures of authorities, prescribed fees, and supporting documents. After completing the online submission, institutions are required to submit the original hard copy of the proposal to the respective department by the deadline.
The process gives affiliated colleges an opportunity to expand their academic offerings and strengthen their research capacities. Institutions can either introduce new subjects and courses within their existing framework or contribute by setting up research centres under the university’s growing network.
