Toastmaster’s District 125 Hosts Thriving Conference; Priya Verma Wins Top Honors
Pune: Recently, Toastmasters District 125 , representing Pune, Goa, and surrounding areas, held its annual District conference, Crescendo 125,attracting over 300 attendees . The highlight of the event was the District-level International Speech Contest, where seven talented contestants from across the District showcased their public speaking prowess.
Priya Verma emerged victorious, impressively representing her division. With this win, Priya advances to the quarterfinals, and if successful, she’ll compete in the World Championship of Public Speaking at the Toastmasters Annual Conference in Philadelphia in August 2025.
