Traffic Alert: 2 Hour Block on Mumbai Pune Expressway on February 1
New Speed Limits Set For Mumbai-Pune Expressway
On 1st February (Thursday), there will be a traffic block due to gantry installation work on Mumbai Pune expressway from 12 pm to 2 pm.
As per further information, installation of gantry at Km 56.900, Km 63.000 and Km 73.250 on Mumbai Channel under Highway Traffic Management System on Mumbai Pune Expressway is being done by Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) on February 1 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Hence, all types of vehicular traffic (light and heavy vehicles) going to Mumbai will remain closed during this period on the said route.
Motorists can travel by alternative route. All types of vehicles will be diverted towards Mumbai on Old Mumbai-Pune highway from Kiwale Bridge on Pune to Mumbai Expressway. Also, all types of vehicles coming from old Pune to Mumbai highway will be diverted from Kusgaon toll road through Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) has informed.
