The second week of July is set to remain active in the IPO market with a major mainboard listing and several SME issues lined up. Leading the pack is Travel Food Services Ltd (TFS), a key player in the airport quick-service restaurant (QSR) and lounge segment, launching its ₹2,000 crore IPO from July 7 to July 9, 2025.

Travel Food Services IPO: Key Details

  • Issue Size: ₹2,000 crore (Offer for Sale of 1.82 crore shares)
  • Minimum Investment: 13 shares (approx. ₹13,585 for retail investors)

The IPO is purely an Offer for Sale, meaning existing shareholders will offload their stake with no fresh equity infusion.

Other IPOs to Watch This Week

Apart from TFS, investors should keep an eye on other public issues lined up this week, including:

  • Smarten Power IPO
  • Chemkart IPO
  • Multiple SME listings across sectors

These offerings follow the strong listing momentum from last week, which saw IPOs like HDB Financial Services receive significant investor interest.

TFS’s strong market leadership in a niche, high-growth segment like airport-based QSR and lounges gives it a competitive edge. However, since the IPO is an Offer for Sale, potential investors should assess the company’s fundamentals, valuations, and future growth strategy closely.
