Two Prominent Schools From Pune Among 34 Receive Notice From CBSE For Non-Compliance
New Delhi, December 10, 2024 – The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has sent show-cause notices to 34 schools across the country for failing to adhere to its rules and regulations, as per its Affiliation Bylaws of 2018. Schools, including prominent institutions like Amity International School, Noida, and Shiv Nadar School, and 32 others have been asked to respond within 30 days of receiving the notice.
The notices highlight irregularities such as participation in activities organized by unauthorized bodies like the “CBSE Board School Games Welfare Society,” which is not affiliated with CBSE. Schools have been warned against associating with such entities, with the board threatening strict action for further violations.
Additionally, schools have been advised to verify communications related to CBSE activities from the official board website.
