Pune: Owner & proprietor of a famous restaurant in Pune Vaishali Hotel, Nikita Shetty, has filed a complaint against her husband & 2 others at Deccan Police Station for signature forgery to procure a loan of Rs 4,97,05,000.

As per further information from the Daily Crime Report (DCR) shared by Vipin Hasabnis, Senior Police Inspector, Deccan Police Station, the complainant alleges that all the accused have laid a conspiracy against the plaintiff by holding meetings at the office of Nikita Hospitality LLP situated at Fergusson Road, Pune. The accused have created false signatures of the plaintiff & by pretending that the said signatures are genuine, by creating a fake deed on the basis of the said loan process, the flat owned by the plaintiff was mortgaged without her permission. Hence, the complainant has filed a complaint against the 3 accused for defrauding her financially by taking a loan of Rs 4,97,05,000 without her permission by using forged signatures.

Under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B) and 34 of the IPC (Indian Penal Code), a complaint has been registered at Deccan Police Station & the case has been transferred to the Economic Offences Wing for further investigation.
