Vasundhara Grain Festival – Your chance to buy organic food in Pune

The Vasundhara Grain Festival, a celebration of toxin-free, naturally produced food grains, spices, fruits, vegetables, is back in Pune celebrating its seventh year. With the Reduce, Reuse, Recycle theme, the festival aims to promote sustainable farming and consumption practices.

The festival offers a wide range of high-quality, natural grains, including five varieties of wheat, 18+ varieties of rice, and Waigaon Turmeric. In addition, there are 10 varieties of millet, natural jaggery, and much more.

Visitors can enjoy delicious and nutritious food at the festival’s various stalls, with options including millet thali, millet idlis and dosas, sugarcane ice cream, pani puri, and more.

The festival takes place from April 14 to 16 at the Sant Tukaram Marriage Hall, Near Sai Chowk, Sus Road, Pashan, Pune. It is organized by the Vasundhara Swachata Abhiyan and is open from 12 pm to 9 pm on April 14 and from 9 am to 9 pm on April 15 and 16.
