Wagholi Residents Grapple with Prolonged Power Outage Due To Feeder Breakdown
Residents of Wagholi find themselves grappling with frustration and inconvenience as they face an enduring power outage that commenced earlier today. Expressing their disappointment with the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) authorities, numerous citizens took to Twitter seeking answers.
A resident said, “There is frequent power cut in Wagholi. Earlier it was only on Thursday but now almost everyday there is power cut.”
Another MSEDCL user who complained on Twitter said, “Wagholi is cursed with pathetic service.”
Another resident stated that in over 5 minutes of rain the residents are without power for 10 hours.
In light of mounting frustration, Pune Pulse reached out to MSEDCL PRO Nishikant Raut, who confirmed that due to feeder breakdown in Wagholi area the residents there are facing power cut. The team is undertaking search operation to find the exact location and we are hoping that the power will be resumed shortly, added Raut.
