Maharashtra, November 27, 2025: After a brief spell of relief from the chilly weather, cold conditions are expected to intensify again across Maharashtra. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a fresh advisory as temperatures are likely to drop from November 28 onwards.

Over the past few days, both maximum and minimum temperatures had risen slightly, offering comfort to citizens. However, a renewed dip in temperature is now on the horizon.

Mumbai

Mumbai and its suburbs will experience generally clear skies on November 28. The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 30°C, while the minimum may settle near 22°C. IMD predicts a further decline in minimum temperatures, which could reach 18°C by December 3, giving Mumbaikars a more noticeable winter feel.

Nashik

Nashik is likely to witness clear skies with temperatures ranging between 14°C (min) and 30°C (max) on November 28. Dense fog is expected during morning hours on November 29, 30 and December 1, affecting visibility.

Pune

Pune may experience a rise in cold conditions over the next two to three days, with minimum temperatures dipping to around 13°C. Cloudy skies are expected after December 1, which may lead to a slight increase in minimum temperatures.

Marathwada

Cold conditions are set to intensify in Marathwada. In Sambhajinagar, the temperature on November 28 is forecast to be around 14°C (min) and 31°C (max). On November 29, minimum temperatures may drop further to 13°C.

Vidarbha

Vidarbha is expected to see partly cloudy skies with patches of fog. In Nagpur, the minimum temperature on November 28 will be around 16°C, while the maximum temperature may reach 28°C. Temperature fluctuations are likely to continue in the region in the coming days.

In the last few days, cloudy conditions had caused a slight rise in minimum temperatures across the state, providing relief from harsh cold. However, with temperatures dipping again, citizens should prepare for a noticeable increase in chill.
