Weather Update : Extremely heavy rainfall likely in Konkan & Goa

Pune : Heavy to very heavy rainfall at a few places with extremely heavy rainfall is very likely to be experienced at isolated places over Konkan and Goa.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall is very likely at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra. Squally weather speed reaching 40-45 kmph gusting to 50 kmph likely along and off Maharashtra coasts. Fishermen are advised not to venture into these areas during the next 24 hours, forecasted by the Indian Meteorological Department. 

Rain is very likely at most places over Konkan and Goa and Madhya Maharashtra and at many places over Marathwada and Vidarbha during next 24 hours.
