Women achievers felicitated in Undri
A grand program was held at Handewadi recently on the occasion of Sachin Ghule, former deputy leader of house, Haveli Panchayat Samiti birthday on October 17, where over 500 people were given food packets to make Diwali sweets and savouries.
The program saw attendance of Chetan Tupe, MLA Hadapsar constituency, Shweta Ghule, Sarpanch Undri village, Sanjay Jagtap, MLA, Purandar Constituency, Nitin Ghule, former deputy Sarpanch and residents of Undri, Pisoli, Wadachiwadi and other adjoining areas.
Tupe in his speech said, “Sachin Ghule has been relentlessly working for the citizens of Undri village for the last few decades. His strong connect with the citizens of the area is testimony to his work and in the upcoming elections the citizens will definitely support him.”
The program also saw felicitation of the Navdurga – Women achievers, Gauri Ganpati photo contest prize distribution ceremony.
