3) Oats Bhajia

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup GoodEatz masala oats
- 1/2 cup Chickpeas flour
- 1/4 cup Rice flour
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- A pinch hing
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Few curry leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- Oil for frying
Method:
>Step 1:
Soak oats in 1/2 a cup of water for 5mins. Meanwhile, in a bowl take the flours with red chilli powder, salt, hing, cumin & fennel seeds & mix well.
>Step 2:
Add the soaked oats & give a good mix. Finally, add curry leaves & chopped coriander leaves & mix them & keep it ready. Now our bhajia batter is ready.
>Step 3:
Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot enough, take the batter in your hand & just drop it gently into the oil. We don’t need to make circles out of the batter, we could just drop the batter here & there & keep the flame at medium & fry. Gently stir & turn the bhajia to fry them evenly from all sides. When they turn golden brown colour & crispy, remove them from the oil & place it in a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Repeat the same for the remaining batter. Serve hot with a dip of your choice.
