Speaking to Pune Pulse, Harshal Sonawane, Founder of SRK Club, said, ” Club consists of 700 members and will come together for the grand opening at the City Pride Multiplex on Satara Road. To add to the festivities, we will have a spectacular display of fireworks, vibrant colour bombs, and city-wide posters. Outside the theatre, there will be a lively atmosphere, while inside, we will be dancing to the latest chart-topping songs. In addition, we have arranged a 1-kilometre rally leading up to the cinema hall. We will be cutting cake and arranging a dance show in the theatre.”

Reflecting on the journey of Team SRK Pune, the club was established in 2017, commencing with the first-day, first-show of ‘Raees,’ followed by ‘Zero,’ ‘Pathaan,’ ‘Jawan,’ and now ‘Dunki.’ He further added that during the time of ‘Jawan,’ the club had 500 members, and it has now grown to 700.

In addition, the club’s wider undertakings, apart from showing movies, state that they actively contribute to charitable activities, blood drives, tree planting, and various other social endeavours.
