Solapur Hyderabad Flight: Big Boost For Connectivity As Service Begins From April 17

Fly91 to launch Solapur–Hyderabad route while revising Goa flight timings, improving regional air travel access

Solapur is set to witness a major boost in air connectivity as a new flight service to Hyderabad will begin from April 17. The move is expected to significantly improve travel convenience for residents, while also bringing changes to the existing Goa flight schedule operated by Fly91.

New Solapur–Hyderabad Flight Service

The newly announced service will connect Solapur directly to Hyderabad, marking an important step in strengthening regional connectivity. This comes after existing routes to Goa and Mumbai, expanding travel options for passengers from Solapur. The first flight on this route is scheduled to take off on April 17.

Revised Goa Flight Schedule

With the introduction of the Hyderabad route, Fly91 has revised the timings of its Goa flight. The flight arriving from Goa, which earlier reached Solapur at around 3 pm, will now land at 11 am. Additionally, the return flight from Solapur to Goa will now depart at 6:10 pm, according to available schedule updates.

New Flight Movement Pattern

As per the updated schedule, the aircraft arriving from Goa in the morning will proceed to Hyderabad in the afternoon. Later, the same flight will return from Hyderabad to Solapur by evening and then continue onward to Goa. This circular routing is expected to optimise aircraft usage and improve connectivity between multiple cities.

Booking And Weekly Operations

Ticket bookings for the Hyderabad route have already started. The flights are expected to operate regularly from Monday to Friday, offering consistent connectivity for both business and leisure travellers.

Flight Timings And Expected Fare

The Solapur to Hyderabad flight is scheduled to depart at 3:20 pm and arrive at 4:25 pm. The return flight from Hyderabad will leave at 4:50 pm and reach Solapur at 5:50 pm. While official ticket prices are yet to be confirmed, fares are expected to range between ₹2,500 and ₹3,000. 

Tirupati Service Plans Delayed

Meanwhile, efforts are underway to start a Solapur–Tirupati flight service. However, the launch has been delayed due to technical challenges, including the non-availability of slots at Pune airport and lack of night landing facilities at Solapur airport.

The introduction of the Hyderabad route is expected to enhance business travel, tourism, and regional development. With improved connectivity and better scheduling, Solapur residents will now have faster access to key cities without relying heavily on road or rail transport.
