Maharashtra Weather News: Heavy Rainfall Expected in Mumbai and Multiple Districts
The Indian meteorological department has issued yellow alert for Pune district for today, June 16 and July 17 and orange alert for June 18 and 19.
As per the weather forecasting department Pune district is likely to get heavy rainfall at isolated places in ghat areas on July 16 and July 17 and heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated places in ghat areas on July 18 and 19.
This would be a big respite as there has been hardly any rainfall reported in the district and state and would help in increasing the water storage capacity in the dams.
