How to register for Covid19 vaccination in Pune ?

Pune Municipal Corporation on February 16, 2021 began the Covid19 vaccination program from its Kamla Nehru hospital. The vaccination program shall be held in four phases wherein the first phase of vaccination was given to frontline workers, nurses, ward boy. In the second phase of vaccination PMC staff, Police and other frontline workers while in the third phase senior citizens as well as people comorbidity (45 years ) and 60 years above citizens. After the First dose is given, the second dose is given after 28 days. 

The third phase of vaccination began on March 1, 2021 wherein the citizens with comorbidity, 45 years age and above and senior citizens above 60 years shall be vaccinated. 

The citizens looking forward to vaccinate shall take a medical certificate from a registered medical expert. The list of comorbidity is attached below. The citizens with comorbidity 45-59 years shall check with the list of comorbidity.

How to register for Covid19 vaccination ? 
1. Cowin app, Aarogya setu app or log onto www.cowin.gov.in
2. Enter your mobile number 
3. Enter your OTP. 
4. Enter your complete details. 
5. Comorbid patients should bring comorbid proof for vaccination from a medical expert and attach with the registration for patients above 45 years age.
6. Choose your center and date. 
7. From one mobile phone four appointments can be registered.
8. For senior citizens who are unable to register online they can register themselves by visiting any vaccination center.
9. One should carry pan card, adhaar card, birth certificate, passport copy mandatorily.

Four hospitals have been identified for comorbid patients and senior citizens for vaccination. 
1. Kamla Nehru Hospital, Mangalwar Peth 
2. Jayabai Sutar Hospital, Kothrud 
3. Rajiv Gandhi Hospital, Yerwada 
4. Sassoon hospital, Pune station 

From March 2, 2021 vaccination can be done at the following centers : 
Government centers for clinic : 

1. Gangaram Karne Clinic, Nagar road 
2. Kalas clinic, Yerwada 
3. Malti Kachi Nursing home, Bhavani Peth 
4. Babasaheb Ambedkar clinic, Dias plot 
5. Bindu Madhav Thakre, Warje 
6. Bartakke clinic, Warje 
7. Bhangire clinic, Mohamadwadi 
8. Pote clinic, Sahakar nagar

Private hospitals for vaccination : Aundh Institute of Medical Science Inlakhs and Budhrani Hospital 
For citizens coming for vaccination under Pradhanmantri Jan Aarogya Yojana, Mahatma Phule Jan Aarogya Yojana, Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) can take the vaccination at the private hospitals which shall begin soon. The citizens should pay Rs 150 for vaccination charge and Rs 100 as administration fees, a total of Rs 250 for each citizen. 

Over 1,92,000 doses have been released from the state government out of which 98570 have been distributed while 93430 are yet to be administered. 
Health care workers : total 56000 – 38693 vaccinated – vaccination percentage 69 % 
Frontline workers – total 57264 – 15792 vaccinated – vaccination percentage 29 % 
Total workers 1,13,264 – 54485 vaccinated – vaccination percentage 48 %
