The Pune Metro has announced the Tap & Go system. It is made convenient with the One Pune Card and Vidyarthi Pass.Whether you’re commuting to work or exploring the city on weekends, save big with discounts of 10% on weekdays and 30% on weekends.
The One Pune Card is contactless, ensuring a quick and seamless transaction process. Just tap the card at the entry gate/validator when you start your journey and again when you reach your destination.
Fares are calculated based on entry and exit taps, with deductions made from the chip balance. Each transaction is limited to ₹2,000, and there’s a daily cap of 20 transactions to keep things manageable.
With the One Pune Card, you can not only pay for metro tickets but also purchase and renew Pune Metro travel passes directly at the stations. Plus, it doubles as a payment option for retail purchases, both in-store and online. Customers can activate contactless and e-commerce transaction capabilities through the Customer Portal for added convenience.
