Aadhya studies in Class 5 of Wisdom World School, Wakad. Her father works in a private company while her mother is a homemaker and a psychologist too. Her younger brother studies in class 10th.

Aadhya wanted to become a writer since she was six years old. She loved creating her own little imaginary world with imaginary characters. This dream of becoming a writer was further fuelled when she read “Little Women”. She was inspired by the character “Jo” in the book who is a writer. She used to write short rhymes whenever she had time.  Aadhya is a versatile and creative girl. She is an avid reader. She has written many short stories, poems and songs. And this is the first one to get published. She started composing short poems at a very early age. She is learning Bharatanatyam and Keyboard and loves sketching in her free time.

“We were not aware on how to go about publishing a book. And there too Aadhya herself would do all the research and found out a good publishing house, relevant pictures and everything related to it,” informed Meghna Shah, Aadhya’s mother.
