Indigo also responded swiftly. “Ms Haasan, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused by the flight delay. We fully understand how inconvenient extended wait times can be. The delay is due to weather conditions in Mumbai, which is affecting the arrival of the operating aircraft. We hope you understand that these factors are beyond our control, and we assure you that our airport team is doing their utmost to assist customers and ensure their comfort,” said the airline.

Recently, Shruti made a notable appearance in Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, sharing the screen with Prabhas.
Several comments appeared below her post. “We need to understand weather conditions can play a major role in delays and sometimes even the staff will have difficulty understanding the situation so they don’t confuse the passengers. No information is better than misinformation,” was one comment. Many users seconded her thoughts, “This is standard response on social media. They don’t even take the effort to address people who genuinely provide feedback to improve their service. With all the monopoly they are getting arrogant,” said another user. “If it is really bad weather condition, then its okay acceptable..But in so many instances, Indigo is not following correct timings even if there are no issues with weather conditions. Very worst service by Indigo as they are always playing with customer’s valuable time,” was another comment.
