Dug up road near Marvel Sangria causes inconvenience
Residents of Undri and Mohamadwadi are going through time while traveling through the nala road opposite Marvel Sangria society in Mohamadwadi.
The road was recently dug up for some work after which the authorities have not levelled it. Leaving the road filled with soil, the motorists are having a tough time to drive through this road. A resident informed Pune Pulse that rains will hit us anytime soon. With this loose soil on the road it will become slippery and there are high chances of accidents and water logging. PMC should do something immediately.
When Pune Pulse spoke to Rajesh Bankar from the Pune Municipal Corporation water department, he said work for laying water pipeline is completed. If the road is left incomplete I shall instruct the concerned department to resurface it.
Sunil Ahire, deputy engineer, water department, PMC said that the road will be cleared soon. Immediate action on resurfacing it will be done too.
