Earthquake Strikes Maharashtra’s Hingoli, Parbhani and Nanded Today Morning
An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 on the Richter scale shook Maharashtra’s Hingoli on March 21, 2024, at 6:08 am local time. Residents in the area felt the tremors as the ground shook. The National Center for Seismology promptly reported the seismic event, stating that it occurred at a depth of 10 km with the coordinates Lat: 19.48 & Long: 77.30.
This initial quake was followed by another seismic activity a few minutes later, registering at a magnitude of 3.6 on the Richter scale.
The subsequent tremors were felt at 6:19 am in the Hingoli region of Maharashtra, further heightening concerns among residents.
