Pune: The security measures to ensure the safety of the Ram temple will be implemented during the initial week of January in the upcoming year.
As per the information provided, in preparation for the temple’s inauguration, important personnel from the Uttar Pradesh police department, central intelligence agencies, central paramilitary forces, and local administration received the security protocols on Tuesday. These protocols will be implemented to safeguard the religious site.
As per the information received, in January 2024, the implementation of the plan will commence. The aim of the senior police officials is to equip the policemen who will be assigned to safeguard the temple with sufficient training and expertise. Praveen Kumar, the Inspector General of Ayodhya Police Range, stated that they are striving to incorporate advanced technological measures and security personnel to ensure the safety of the site.
Furthermore, personnel will monitor the entrance to the temple complex from Janmabhoomi Path. The action plan has been thoroughly discussed and we will prioritize the safety of the visitors while ensuring their convenience. A budget of Rs 40 crore has been allocated to enhance security measures before the consecration ceremony on January 22, which will be attended by PM Narendra Modi. Additionally, a separate plan will be implemented to facilitate the entry of devotees on auspicious occasions like Ram Navami and Diwali, added Kumar.
