Empress Botanical Garden Annual Flower Show 2023 in Pune begins on January 25
The annual flower show of Empress Botanical Garden is gearing up to welcome garden enthusiasts on January 25 at the Empress Botanical Garden, off Solapur Road, close to St. Patrick’s Church. The flower show is back after a gap of two years. The flower show and exhibition will remain open for visitors from 9 am to 8 pm. It will be open from 1 pm to 8 pm on the first day of the show i.e on January 25, and from January 26 to January 29, it will be open from 9 am to 8 pm.
According to Suresh Pingale and Anupama Barve from the Agri Horticultural Society of India this is a great opportunity for garden enthusiasts.
Over 1000 children participated in the drawing and handwriting competition which took place on January 22 in Empress Garden.
The flower show will also have a competition for flower arrangement and vegetable and fruit arrangement. Participation is open for anyone. There is also an entertainment programme for children. Visitors can buy flowers, plants, gardening materials, during the exhibition.
