Fire breaks out at footwear shop in Pimpri : no casualty reported
PUNE: An incident has come to light wherein fire broke out at Shankar Deep Trader in Pimpri. According to the information provided, Anil Ansari reported the incident to the Pimpri Fire Station at approximately 3:00 pm.
As per the information received, fire broke out during welding work on the fifth floor of the B Block of Shankar Deep Trader Shop, located at River Road Pimpri Market.
A spark from the welding process fell on top of a cardboard box, causing approximately 50 boxes in the footwear shop to catch fire.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported. In response to the incident, water tenders were immediately dispatched from both Thergaon and Pimpri Fire Station.
