The Pune Metro has announced that the helpline number on Pune Metro Card and Pune Metro Student Pass has been changed.

As per further information from the X handle of Pune Metro “Important Notice for Pune Metro ‘Ek Pune Card’ and ‘Ek Pune Vidyarthi Pass’ Holders.”

Pune Metro further says that the One Pune Card and One Pune Vidyarthi Pass helpline number has changed. Cardholder passengers can contact the new number 022 – 45000800 from February 23, 2024 onwards to seek help.

A student studying in Cusrow Wadia College, which is located on the Ramwadi to Ruby Hall Clinic stretch expressed his excitement for the stretch’s opening. Due to the diversion of traffic for the Sadhu Vaswani railway overbridge demolition, there is currently a great deal of traffic congestion. Thus, now is the critical moment to begin metro services along this section. He is a resident of Ramwadi and is eagerly waiting for the metro service to start soon.
