Water supply department announces installation of ABT metres at Ravet water treatment plant

Pune: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation’s (PCMC) water supply department has announced plans to install electricity-based ABT meters at the Ravet water treatment plant.
As a result, the power supply to the Ravet water treatment plant will be closed from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on September 15, 2023. During this period, the morning water supply to Pimpri Chinchwad City will remain on schedule, while the evening water supply will be irregular and with low pressure.
Shrikant Sawane, Assistant City Engineer has urged citizens to maintain an adequate stock of available water and to cooperate with the civic body by using it judiciously.
