Income tax dept raids in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar ; action at 11 places

Pune: 200 officials of the Income Tax (IT) department have conducted raids simultaneously at 11 places in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar on Wednesday. As per information, raids are being conducted at offices and houses of the big builders in the city.

As per the information, the action has been taken by the IT Department since six o’clock on the morning of November 29 (Wednesday). Builders are on the radar of the Income Tax Department. Sources have informed that the Income Tax Department has set up a police station in the houses and offices of the builders.

Further information says that the raid has been conducted by the Nashik and Pune Income tax department. It is reported that the officials of the Income Tax Department have raided the offices and houses of these businessmen.

Meanwhile, the information about the names of the 11 places is yet to be known. This raid started by the Income Tax Department will continue for the next two to three days.
