For those who hold faith in Lord Shri Ram, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) is operating a special Ramayana Circuit train. Through this, tourists and pilgrims connected with Lord Shri Ram will be taken to visit various religious sites from Ayodhya to Rameshwaram.”

The seven-night, eight-day package promises spiritual exploration with visits to Tiruchirappalli, Madurai, and Rameshwaram starting from Ayodhya Cantt.

The package is priced at approximately Rs 2,000 per day. It starts from Ayodhya Cantt. – Tiruchchirapali –Madurai-Rameshwaram-Ayodhya Cantt for 07 Night/08 Days

Beginning from Ayodhya, the itinerary will take travellers to visit Tiruchirappalli, an ancient city in South India. The tour will proceed to Srirangam Island, surrounded by the Kaveri and Kollidam rivers, known for the historic Hindu temple Ranganathaswamy. Subsequently, there will be a visit to the Jambukeswarar-Akilandeswari temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva.

The journey includes a visit to the Meenakshi Amman Temple in Madurai and concludes with a visit to Rameshwaram situated on Pamban Island.

Ahead of the grand opening of the Ayodhya Ram temple next month, people have started making reservations to visit the holy city. Flights and the semi-high-speed train Vande Bharat are scheduled to commence operations on December 30.

The recently constructed temple in Ayodhya is set to open its doors to devotees following the consecration of Lord Ram on January 22.
