Edible Gum and fenugreek seeds are considered superfoods for their numerous health benefits. Gum is known for its ability to keep the body warm, boost metabolism, promote strong bones, and prevent constipation. Similarly, Fenugreek Laddu is a winter superfood with a rich content of vitamins and minerals, including amino acids, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and various vitamins (B6, C, etc).
