The Maharashtra State Examination Council has announced the final results of the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). A total of 11,168 candidates have qualified, with an overall pass percentage of 3.38%.

The TET exam, conducted on November 10 by the State Examination Council, saw participation from 3,53,952 candidates. Commissioner Anuradha Oak released the results through an official circular. The interim results were declared on January 31, with objections accepted until February 10.

Out of 1,52,605 candidates who appeared for Paper 1 (for Classes 1 to 5), 4,709 candidates (3.31%) qualified. For Paper 2 (Mathematics and Science for Classes 6 to 8), 2,414 out of 75,599 candidates (3.42%) cleared the exam. Additionally, 4,045 out of 1,25,748 candidates (3.45%) qualified in Paper 2 (Social Science for Classes 6 to 8).

Qualified candidates will receive their certificates through the respective education officers of Zilla Parishads and the education inspectors of Mumbai (North, South, and West).
