MahaRERA approves 823 new projects; 257 projects for Pune

Pune: MahaRERA had appealed to developers to apply in time for the festive season as registration and planning for new houses are taking place on a large scale during Diwali. By providing proper information while responding to it, 823 projects have been granted MahaRERA registration till November 13 after October. If all the developers who applied had provided the terms, conditions, and correct information, the number would have gone up to 1,600 projects.

It is worthy to note that, MahaRERA has approved registration of 823 projects, 645 in October and 178 till November 13. The Konkan region, which includes the Mumbai metropolis, has taken the lead. It is worthy to note that 382 projects were approved in the Konkan region, 257 in Pune, 57 in Nashik, 33 in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar and 17 in Amravati.

Developers’ self-regulatory bodies as well as websites are aware of the documents required for the registration. Along with this, two representatives from each of the six organizations, representing the developers, visit to provide guidance. The pair is also briefed once a week by MahaRERA officials.
