After Shivsena successfully managed to topple the government in the state and claim victory with the formation of new alliance; the party is preparing to win majority seats in the upcoming PCMC civic elections in 2022.

The recent meeting chaired by Maval MP Shrirang Barne with the volunteers and the election candidates of the party, urged to reach every household in the area and address the problems of citizens. Barne also motivated the party division heads and volunteers in PCMC to dethrone the ruling government in the upcoming election.

MP Barne said, “Thakre sarkar, in its year long tenure, has taken decisions in the favour of taxpayers, and these decisions have to be reached to every household in every division of PCMC. And this work can only be done by the party workers and the leaders. We need to ensure that in every ward, Shivsainik will be capable enough to resolve the problems of citizens.”

The meeting was attended by Shivsena Pune President, Gajanan Chinchawde, Vice President, Balasaheb Walhekar, and the City Head, Yogesh Babar. Gajanan Chinchawde, while addressing the party workers, insisted that every Shivsainik must be capable enough to walk on the path of party founder and late leader, Balasaheb Thackeray. All the problems faced by the citizens must be referred to the respective party offices, and all efforts will be made to resolve them on priority at highest level of government.”
