MNGL supply remains affected in Bavdhan for four hours

Pune: The gas supply service of over 20 societies in the Bavdhan got affected from 6 pm as Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited pipeline got damaged near Chandni Chowk on Tuesday.
“Some earth moving machines were working due to which the gas pipeline was affected. The work of repairing gas pipeline went on for 3-4 hours and gas supply was restored,” said Deepak Sawant, MNGL director.
“I am staying in Bavdhan for the last 2 and half years and the first time a gas issue has happened,” said Sandeep Kulkarni, the resident of Vidnyan Nagar, Bavdhan.
As per information provided by sources from Bavdhan, the pipeline is damaged near Chandni chowk where flyover work is going on.
