NCP MP Supriya Sule inspected the Chandni Chowk work in Pune within Baramati Lok Sabha constituency. The accumulation of potholes on this road occurred only after a period of four or five months since its inauguration. Consequently, it is imperative to produce a comprehensive report on the road’s quality and the overall project.

Additionally, the matter of pedestrian safety on this road is also a matter of great concern. Many individuals continue to cross the road in a hazardous manner, even in present times. Consequently, it becomes imperative to implement appropriate precautions to ensure their safety within these areas. As a result, we will arrange a meeting with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari to address this matter.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) officials were instructed by her to prioritize safety and eliminate all road-related defects. NCP’s Pune district working president Mahadev Kondhare, Khadakwasla assembly constituency president Sopan Kaka Chavan, former corporator Sachin Dodke, Pune city youth president Kishore Kamble, Kunal Wade Patil, Kiran Wade Patil, highway authority officials, and NCP office-bearers and workers were present during the inspection.
