Nashik witnessed 6 eye damage cases due to laser lights in Ganesh Idol immersion processions

Pune: In a shocking incident, six youngsters from Nashik lost their eyesight due to exposed to laser lights used during the Ganapati Visarjan. 

As per information, in the city of Nashik, enthusiastic youth danced to bid farewell to Ganapati Bappa. However, after a few hours, eye patients started increasingly consulting many ophthalmologists in the city and around six patients have been registered. As per further information, a preliminary examination showed that 6 young people in the city had suddenly lost their eyesight. There has been a stir after it came to light that young people have blood clots and burns on their eyelids due to the laser light used during the idol immersion procession.

It is worthy to note that the ban on DJs was lifted after almost five years, and the sound of DJs could be heard in the Visarjan procession. There was also a laser show. But it has come to light from Nashik that many people have lost their sight due to these laser lights.
