This dp road is in possession with PMC since 2004. But PMC’s inaction over opening the road for public causes severe traffic congestion on all the roads in Kondhwa.
Samir Pathan from Nagrik Adhikar Manch told Pune Pulse that if the PMC fails to take action we shall protest outside the PMC headquarters strongly. We want PMC to open this road for public which will be an alternate road from Kausarbaugh to Kondhwa Budruk. The protest saw presence of several residents from Kumar Suraksha, Kumar Sansar, Yash Rhythm, Kumar Sublime, DSK Garden Enclave, Kumar Palmgroove, Alcon Royce, Sai Enclave.

When Pune Pulse raised the matter with Neha Borade from estate department of Pune Municipal Corporation, she said, “The entire acquisition process of the land is yet to be completed. It will take another 15 days to complete the process.”
