Parmar Garden revamps clubhouse into a sports center
Parmar Garden Co-Operative Housing Society, Wanowrie had a grand club house opening on 31 October 2021.

Being an environmentally concious society, keeping Covid situation and such future pandemics in mind along with water conservation, it was unanimously decided to close down the swimming pool of the society.The swimming pool area is now converted into play area with sufficient space for basket ball,volley ball and badminton.The shower area is now converted into a Library and place for indoor games, yoga and zumba classes.
The inauguration was done at the hands of Prashant Jagtap, corporator and ex-Mayor of Pune. Vilas Parmar, the builder of the society attended the function and both of them appreciated the changes done to the club house. All society members attended the function with great enthusiasm and zeal .All this was possible because of the joint efforts of the Chairperson Fatema Memon ,Ex-Chairperson Leena Lalwani , committee advisory members Mubashir Memon, Shalina Gokarna, Anjali Rao and Sanjay Pradhan.This is a society that truly believes in the proverb:HEALTHY MIND IN A HEALTHY BODY.
