Passengers stranded as FLY 91 flight from Jalgaon to Pune cancelled due to technical glitch
Irked passengers use private vehicles and travels to reach Pune
Jalgaon: Passengers had a harrowing time as the flight of Fly-91 from Jalgaon to Pune on Sunday was cancelled due to technical glitch. Left with no option the irked passengers left for Pune in alternate modes of transportation.
Fly 91 provides flight services from Jalgaon to Pune. Additionally it also operates flights to Goa, Hyderabad and passengers have given good response to these services.
Sunday Flight cancelledÂ
Accordingly, the Sunday flight was full as most of the passengers are from the Khandesh region and have settled in Pune for jobs & studies. However, just hours before the company announced that the flight was cancelled due to technical reasons leading to inconvenience to the passengers.
Departure by private vehicles
Passengers who had to leave for Pune started searching for alternatives including private vehicles and buses. Getting reservations on trains was difficult too.
Regular services for other destinations
The Pune flight was cancelled however, Fly-91 continues to operate regular flights to Goa and Hyderabad this week .Fly-91 has informed that there has been no change in it. Moreover, the airport administration has clarified that the flight to Mumbai will also depart as per the regular schedule.
