PCMC Annual Budget will be presented in February
Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has announced that its annual budget for the upcoming financial year will be declared in February.
The budget will be presented by the Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh, who will lay out the financial plans and priorities of the corporation for the coming year. “The budget will focus on Smart City works, Amrut Yojana and Swachh Bharat Mission,” Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh said. He said the civic body has decided to make more parking facilities available.
“Our efforts will be to make basic facilities available to the citizens. We will start Jijau Clinics and set up dental departments in all hospitals,” he added.
The budget will also include plans for infrastructure development, public services, and welfare programs, as well as projected revenues and expenditures for the corporation.
