Pune: The Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has assured that the basic citizen and society problems like water supply, parking spaces, improper roads, etc. will be solved permanently soon.

Sanjeevan Sangale, President of Chikhali – Moshi – Pimpri Chinchwad Housing Society Federation said, “We have been following up with the administration of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation for the past eight years regarding the various problems of society holders in Pimpri Chinchwad city. This includes a written guarantee by the builders about providing water at their own expense as well as frequent illegal changes in the construction plan approved by the builders, open parking provided widely in the open space left in the side margin of the society, as well as project completion certificate which is taken even when many things in the project are not completed. We are following up and struggling with this. We hope that our problems will be solved by the present Municipal Commissioner Shekhar Singh and justice will be given to the society holders of Pimpri Chinchwad city.”

Manoj Mali, Secretary of KK Kaizen Society, Moshi said, “I sincerely thank Sanjeevan Sangale for his immense contributions in resolving several society & citizen issues in Moshi & I am hopeful that the PCMC will stay true to its assurance of resolving several issues.”

Mangesh Jadhav, Chairman of Jaihind Residency, Chikhali said, “A major issue discussed in the recent meeting is that the builder of our society did not resolve some of the society-related issues & declared them to be resolved. Hence, the builder was called & in front of Sanjeevan Sangale & others, he assured of solving those issues in reality soon.”

As per further information, some of the issues that were discussed in the meeting with the PCMC are no water supply, construction completion certificate should be issued only after the completion of the housing project, parking should not be provided in open spaces of the society by breaking the rules while providing parking and many more.

We have noted everything & will communicate these with the concerned departments soon after which a review meeting of resolution or the status of resolving these issues will be held after 1 month.”
