Pune RTO & NHAI celebrate Drivers Day

Pune: On the occasion of Drivers Day which falls on September 17, the Regional Transport Office (RTO) Pune & National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) felicitated drivers of Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC), Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML), Fire Department, Auto Rickshaw drivers, truck drivers and many more.
As per information shared by Sanjeev Bhor, Deputy Commissioner of Pune RTO, in collaboration with NHAI at Khed Shivapur Toll Plaza along with Sub Regional Transport Officer Anil Waliv & others, MSRTC bus drivers, truck drivers, car drivers, private vehicle drivers, and two-wheeler drivers were welcomed, honoured and felicitated by giving flowers, water bottles, straws, and road safety information sheets.
Drivers of Kothrud PMPML Depot were welcomed, honoured, and felicitated by giving bouquets, sweets, and road safety leaflets.
Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar Fire Station, Kothrud welcomed, honoured, and felicitated motorists at Kothrud by giving bouquets, sweets, and road safety leaflets.
Auto rickshaw drivers at Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj Chowk, Kothrud were welcomed, honoured, and felicitated by giving bouquets, sweets, and road safety leaflets.
The drivers were felicitated with straw and rose flowers at Garbage Depot, Kothrud.
The drivers of Nitin Motor Driving School, Kothrud were felicitated with straw and rose flowers.
